RE/MAX Leadership
Dans photo Dan Breault: Executive Vice President, Regional Director RE/MAX of New England welcomed Dan Breault as its regional director in April 2012. Breault was previously the Regional Director of RE/MAX of Indiana. Breault came to RE/MAX with 26 years of experience and increasing levels of responsibility in sales, performance improvement, and executive leadership. He worked for a nationally-known independent homebuilder, as well as Johnson and Johnson, and as a consultant to various industries spanning six continents and 68 countries. Wanting to work with high-performing professionals, Breault jumped at the opportunity to join RE/MAX. Breault is a graduate of Indianapolis’ North Central High School, and Ball State University. Father to two children and married for 30 years, Breault recently moved to back to New England, and we are pleased to have him!
Fiona Petrie (Beecy) Fiona Petrie: Vice President of Regional Operations Since 1987, Fiona has excelled in the real estate business. She began her career as a RE/MAX Agent in Toronto and went on to hold executive level positions with Bamboo.com, Homes.com and Beazley Company Realtors. In January of 2006, Fiona accepted the position of Director of Business Development at RE/MAX of New England. In 2 ½ years, her team merged over 29 RE/MAX offices saving over 300 productive agents. In August of 2008 Fiona was promoted to Director of Regional Operations heading up both the Franchise Development and Franchise Sales Teams. Within 12 months franchise sales increased 250%. In 2009, New England was #2 in Franchise Sales in North America and Fiona was honored as being the #1 Franchise sales consultant in the Americas; her sales included the conversion of a 45-agent Massachusetts Keller Williams office. In 2009, Fiona also drove a new APOD initiative to market, putting micro RE/MAX offices in New England Super Markets. In 2010, New England is currently neck and neck again with California for the number one position and Fiona again is one of the leading franchise sales people in the Americas.That being said, if asked Fiona will tell you that her most impressive title and most rewarding and challenging role in life is being… Mother of Teen Age Twins!
Chris Daniels Chris Daniels: Director of Administration Chris joined RE/MAX of New England in November of 2005, assuming responsibility for preparing new franchise sale contracts, as well as transfers, terminations and amendments, negotiating and securing all franchise renewal contracts, and handling office service area requests. In August of 2007, Chris was promoted to Director of Administration. Chris graduated from the University of South Carolina where he obtained a degree in Sports Administration. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Chris was a member of the Marketing Department for the New England Revolution and the New England Patriots. As part of the Patriots “team” during their first Championship season, he was fortunate to be honored with a Super Bowl ring!Chris currently lives in Norton with his wife Paula and their dog Oakley.
Christine George Christine George: Director of Marketing Christine joined RE/MAX of New England in March 2008 as Director of Marketing for the six New England states. In her role, Christine oversees the Marketing Team and also handles all advertising, public relations and trademark matters. She has over 16 years experience in sales and marketing in the consumer packaged goods industry. She spent 10 years at Nestle USA and Nestle Waters North America and also worked for the Gillette Company and Miller Brewing Company. Christine received her BA in Communication from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and her MS in Management from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA. Christine enjoys power yoga and watching the Red Sox. She currently lives in Waltham with her husband Greg and dog Molly.
Administration
Carolan Frechette Carolan Frechette: Receptionist/Regional Assistant Carolan joined RE/MAX of New England in February 2011 as the Regional Assistant. She is a recent graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, MA where she received her BS in Marketing. Previously, Carolan worked as a Regional Marketing Representative at Mohegan Sun Resort Casino in Uncasville, CT. She has now taken her customer service experience to RE/MAX of New England and is excited to grow with the company. In her spare time, Carolan enjoys painting or playing a round of golf.
Chris Leach Chris Leach: Administrative Services Coordinator Chris joined the RE/MAX of New England team in September of 2010. As the Administrative Services Coordinator he is responsible for preparing contracts. Previously he spent the past 5 years working in minor league baseball for the Worcester Tornadoes. Chris holds a BS in Sport Management from the University of Massachusetts’ Isenberg School of Management. In his free time he enjoys participating in triathlons, camping and spending time with his friends and family.
Lois MacDonald Lois MacDonald: Membership Coordinator Lois joined RE/MAX of New England in January 2009. As the Membership Coordinator, she is responsible for processing monthly billing and will also be available to train new franchise owners and office administrators on the FRAMES billing process. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Lois assisted in the accounting departments of a training company, a retail establishment and a non-profit organization. Raised in Framingham, MA, Lois and her husband have three daughters who were raised there as well. She enjoys the theater, all things pop-culture, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Franchise Development
Paulette Costa Paulette Costa: Senior Franchise Development Consultant With more than 25 years experience in the industry, Paulette has been helping agents and brokers reach their goals since 1988. She brings a wealth of real estate experience and expertise to Re/Max of New England in both training and consulting and a strong knowledge of franchising. Paulette has a proven track record of success in agent recruiting and retention and helping brokers increase agent population and profitability through strategic planning and execution. Paulette has represented some of the top real estate organizations including, Century 21 of the Northeast, DeWolfe New England and Prudential Connecticut Realty. Most recently she led the national training initiatives for Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.Paulette is a writer and published author under her penname PC McCullough. She writes in the fiction and self-help/inspiration genres.
Kim Hines Kim Hines: Senior Account Manager Kim joined RE/MAX of New England’s Regional Team in the Fall of 2007. Kim’s focus will be working with his broker accounts to help them recruit and retain the top real estate talent. He also work with his accounts to facilitate growth opportunities through Mergers and Acquisitions. Kim has a broad business management and real estate background. Kim and his wife co-owned a RE/MAX franchise in New England. Prior to coming to RE/MAX of New England, Kim managed 3 Coldwell Banker shops in Sanibel, Florida. He is glad to be back in sport crazy New England!
Katy Whistler Katy Whistler: New Office Liaison & Development Supervisor Katy is a recent graduate of Boston University where she majored in art administration. She joined RE/MAX of New England as the New Office Liaison and Development Supervisor in the Franchise Sales department. Her focus is aiding new Broker/Owners in their transition to RE/MAX. Katy attended high school in Newton, MA. She enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling.
Franchise Sales
Roz Anton: Senior Strategic Development Consultant Roz joined RE/MAX in July, 2011.  Prior to RE/MAX she spent 15 years as a REALTOR, 10 of which were with RE/MAX Absolute in S. Portland, ME. She was a member of the RE/MAX Platinum Club for seven years for successfully earning a gross minimum commission of at least $250,000 per calendar year and is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She also led one of the top 25 most successful real estate teams at RE/MAX of New England.  In her role, Roz leads the growth of new RE/MAX team franchises.She received a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Northeastern University in Business Administration with concentrations in Accounting and Finance.  She enjoys cycling, golf and theatre.  She has 5 nieces and nephews and lives in Saco, ME with her life partner, Kevin and their dog Oreo.
Tara Keener Tara Keener: Strategic Growth Manager Tara joined RE/MAX of New England in April 2003. In her current role, Tara assists both the Franchise Sales and Franchise Development department by evaluating potential franchisees to help grow each targeted region. Originally from Poughkeepsie, NY she came to Boston in 1995 to attend Lesley University where she earned her BS in Human Services.
Bob Leighton: Senior Strategic Development Consultant Bob joined the RE/MAX of New England team in July of 2011, and is responsible for the continued strategic development and expansion of RE/MAX throughout New England.  He comes to RE/MAX with thirty plus years of experience in the real estate industry in a variety of leadership roles.  He was the owner/operator of a multi-office franchised firm that was a dominant brokerage in eastern Connecticut for many years.   He successfully negotiated the sale of that firm to DeWolfe in 1999.  Subsequently, he served as a member of the DeWolfe senior leadership team with oversight for 30 plus offices in Rhode Island and southern Mass.  Following the acquisition of DeWolfe by NRT in 2002, he served as executive vice president of the Mass South region, responsible for 20+ offices and approximately 900 associates.  In 2006, Bob was named president of the NRT company in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania; Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA.  The 11 office Gaughen company is dominant in central PA and is one of the largest brokerages in the ERA network.  Returning to New England in 2010, Bob resides on a lake in eastern Connecticut with his wife, Miki and their two dogs; a Labrador retriever and a chihuahua.  An avid hiker, and a cycling and spinning enthusiast, Bob also enjoys boating and spending quality time with family and friends.
“>Tim Robinson Tim Robinson: Franchise Sales ConsultantTim comes back to RE/MAX of New England after being away for the last 7 years. His focus will be Franchise sales in Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. Tim has over 5 years experience in Franchise sales with both Engel & Volker’s and RE/MAX. Born and Raised in Boston, Massachusetts. Tim graduated from Becker College, where he majored in Business Administration and Sports Management and was also a four-year student athlete in baseball and hockey.In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and friends and he coaches hockey.
Marketing
Katy Robinson: Event Manager Katy joined the RE/MAX of New England team in July of 2011. As the Event Manager she is responsible for all regional events throughout New England. Previously she spent the past 8 years working in Event Sales and Planning at the Seaport Hotel in Boston.Katy is originally from Upstate New York and is a graduate of William Smith College where she earned her BA in Economics.Katy Currently lives in Ashland, MA with her husband Steve and son Ben. In her free time, Katy enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time family.
Doug WalterseBusiness Training Coordinator Doug joined RE/MAX of New England in August 2011. He graduated from Boston College with a B.A. in Philosophy.Doug previously worked at Best Buy as a Sales Associate, and as a Camp Counselor for the Concord Recreation Department.  In his free time he enjoys reading, watching movies, and staying on top of tech trends.
MonicaNicholas12 Monica Nicholas: Marketing Communications Manager Monica joined RE/MAX of New England in August of 2011 as the new Marketing Communications Manager. She graduated from Bentley University in 2009 with a degree in Marketing. She went on to work for a marketing services company for 2 years. Monica is originally from Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Outside of work, Monica enjoys outdoor adventures, time with friends and family, and staying active by running, biking and playing a variety of sports.
Sarah Westney Sarah Westney: Manager, Technology Training & Development Sarah first joined RE/MAX of New England in May of 2007. After working in the Administration department for a year and a half, she has now transitioned into the Marketing department as the Technology Training & Development Manager. In this current role Sarah is focusing on providing training for our technology products including remax.com/LeadStreet, Mainstreet, and Design Center. Sarah was born and raised in VT, where she continues to visit frequently to spend time with friends and family. In her free time she enjoys reading, going to the beach, riding Dressage (a discipline of Equestrian), traveling and going to concerts.
