Year after year, Vincent is one of the top RE/MAX of New England agents in Connecticut. “It’s really pretty simple for me,” Vincent said. “It comes down to a solid system/processes, a great assistant (Elaine Carpino) and a strong mindset.”

Throughout all the success, there are always obstacles that have stood in the way, especially over the last couple of years. Vincent told us “Staying positive with all the negative press regarding the real estate industry has been difficult. You hear it every day which can be hard for an agent and their clients".

To weather the storm, Vincent has kept his focus and moved along strategically in his business. “My biggest focus has been figuring out which clients are truly motivated and want to get the ball rolling. I work with clients who are ready to do business—ones that are serious about buying a home or selling their home. I have always been a straight shooter with my clients. I tell them exactly how it is and I have found that being as up front and realistic as possible is always a good thing in the long run. Other than that, Elaine and I are doing what we have always done.  We are having just as much fun today as we were when we first got into this business.  We have always had lofty goals and feel like no matter how much success we have, there are always more clients to help and business to be made”
